The free tier includes 3 image tag generations and 3 text tag generations per day. This limit resets at midnight local time.

Upgrading to TagFlow Pro removes all daily limits and unlocks unlimited generation for both image and text modes.

No. Image analysis is performed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision Framework. Your photos never leave your device and are never uploaded to any server.

Only when you use text tag generation does any data (your text description) leave your device — it is sent to our AI API for processing and is never stored after the response is returned.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → TagFlow → Cancel Subscription

After cancellation, you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time, but Apple may offer refunds at their discretion — contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID. On your new device:

• Sign in with the same Apple ID
• Open TagFlow and go to Settings
• Tap "Restore Purchases"

Your Pro status will be restored automatically. If you have trouble, contact us with your Apple ID email and we'll help.

iCloud Sync (Pro feature) keeps your tag library synchronized across all your Apple devices. When enabled, your custom tag groups and saved tags appear on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID.

To enable: Settings → iCloud Sync → toggle ON

Make sure iCloud is enabled for TagFlow in your iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud.

AI suggestions aren't always perfect. Here are some tips:

• For image tags: Use clear, well-lit photos. Blurry or busy images may produce less accurate results.
• For text tags: Be more specific in your description. Instead of "coffee", try "morning latte art in a cozy café" for better results.
• Tap "Regenerate" to get a fresh set of suggestions.
• Manually deselect irrelevant tags before copying.

You can export all your tag data from Settings → Export Tag Data. This creates a file you can save or share.

Pro subscribers also benefit from automatic iCloud Sync, which serves as a real-time backup across devices.

Go to Settings → Clear All Data. This permanently deletes all locally stored tag groups and preferences.

If you have iCloud Sync enabled, you should also disable it before clearing data to prevent the data from resyncing. Your iCloud data can be managed through iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

Try these steps in order:

• Force-quit and reopen the app
• Update TagFlow to the latest version from the App Store
• Restart your device
• Make sure your iOS is 17.0 or later
• Check that you have sufficient storage on your device
