1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and TagFlow ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the TagFlow iOS application and any related services.

By accessing or using TagFlow, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

2 Description of Service

TagFlow is an AI-powered hashtag generator application for iOS that helps content creators generate relevant, high-reach hashtag combinations for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.

Core features include:

• On-device image recognition and hashtag generation via Apple Vision Framework
• AI-powered text-to-hashtag generation via LLM API
• Tag library management with custom groups and preset collections
• One-tap copy with platform-specific formatting
• iCloud sync for Pro subscribers

3 In-App Purchases & Billing

3.1 Free Tier

TagFlow offers a free tier with the following limits:

• 3 image recognition tag generations per day
• 3 AI text tag generations per day
• Up to 3 custom tag groups
• Instagram platform adaptation only

3.2 TagFlow Pro — One-Time Purchase

TagFlow Pro features are available as one-time purchases through the Apple App Store. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Pay once and own it permanently.

All prices in USD. Actual price may vary by region and is displayed in the App Store before purchase.

3.3 What Pro Unlocks

3.4 Billing & Payment

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID account.
• Purchases are non-recurring — you will never be automatically charged again after a one-time purchase.
• Once purchased, Pro features are permanently unlocked for the Apple ID used for the purchase.
• All sales are final. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy — contact Apple Support for refund requests.
• If you purchase on one device, you can restore your purchase on other devices using the same Apple ID at no extra charge.

4 Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use TagFlow for personal and commercial content creation, including:

• Generating hashtags for your own social media posts
• Managing tag libraries for content creation workflows
• Using TagFlow as part of your social media marketing activities

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use TagFlow to generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app
• Resell, license, or sublicense access to TagFlow features
• Upload images containing illegal content, including but not limited to content that infringes copyrights or contains explicit material

5 Intellectual Property

5.1 TagFlow Content

TagFlow, including its design, code, preset tag collections, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of any images you process through TagFlow and any tag groups or custom hashtags you create. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

5.3 Generated Tags

Hashtags generated by TagFlow's AI features are provided for your use. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated hashtag suggestions.

5.4 Social Platform Terms

Use of generated hashtags on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) is subject to each platform's own terms of service. TagFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform.

6 AI Features & Accuracy

TagFlow uses artificial intelligence for hashtag generation. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated suggestions are recommendations only and may not always be accurate, relevant, or optimal
• Hashtag performance depends on many factors outside our control, including social platform algorithms
• We do not guarantee any specific engagement, reach, or performance results from using TagFlow's suggestions
• You are responsible for reviewing generated tags before use

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

TagFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• Accuracy or reliability of results
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions

We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the app or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TagFlow, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption
• Any damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the app

Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for TagFlow Pro in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TagFlow if you violate these Terms. You may stop using TagFlow at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use TagFlow ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

10 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of TagFlow after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable under relevant consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
